At SuperEXIM, we are committed to delivering accurate, verified trade leads tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our service, we maintain a clear refund policy as outlined below.


1. General Refund Terms

  • SuperEXIM follows a strict no-refund policy once the data or leads have been delivered to the client.

  • By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy in full.


2. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Provided

  • If leads have been shared, downloaded, or accessed.

  • If you change your mind after the purchase.

  • If you do not use or respond to the leads provided.

  • If the business outcome (deal closure or buyer response) does not meet your expectations.


3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

A refund may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • If you are charged more than the agreed amount due to a technical error.

  • If the wrong package/plan was delivered and we fail to rectify it within 7 working days.

  • If zero leads were delivered despite full payment within the committed timeline.

All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase to support@superexim.com with proof of payment and issue description.


4. Replacement Policy

In cases of invalid, unreachable, or incorrect leads, we offer:

  • Lead replacements within 7 to 14 days based on your chosen plan.

  • You may request lead replacements instead of refunds if leads do not meet basic verification criteria.


5. Fraudulent Claims

If a client is found making fraudulent refund claims or misusing data:

  • SuperEXIM reserves the right to terminate services immediately without a refund.

  • Legal action may be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
